Microwave, Colour TV, Video, DVD Cream Tea on arrival at Farm. Tariff inc Central Heating from £280 (low) to £595 (high) per week Log fires lit for your arrival. Free logs provided. Bed linen, Hand & Tea towels provided. Children - must be accompanied while in the Farm Yard. Dogs: Welcome by arrangement. |
Bookings acceptable from persons aged 18 or over and must be confirmed in writing. Deposit of 1/3 on booking, balance due on arrival. In the event of cancellation the deposit is not returnable, we strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance.
The proprietors are not responsible and cannot accept liability for any injury sustained by any person or damage to or loss of any property brought on to the premises.
Bookings can be regarded as firm only when the full deposit has been received and written confirmation been issued.
The Hirer will take all reasonable care of the property and its contents and leave equipment, furnishings, utensils etc., in a clean and tidy condition prior to the requested time of departure.
The Hirer will be responsible for the cost of any breakages, damage or exceptional cleaning occasioned by nay member of the party, and either making good or replace such items where practicable, or report matters and make reimbursements to the key holder prior to departure.
Proprietors reserve reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bookings without any reason.
Guests are kindly requested not to go out and leave their pets in the properties alone at any time.
